Positioning and Timing: A way to collectively attract and combine financial resources to cross pollinate commerce with great strength, power, and wealth (Community E.A.R. App).
Rather than having the economy (money) driving commerce, which in turn perpetuates fear-based cultures (today’s reality), we are actively creating new power via value-based commerce to return sovereignty to the people (culture), which will enable us to create a stable economy, create our own wealth, and be free of the established power structures.

A Path to Sovereignty with Exponential Growth
AwareComm’s research findings demonstrated how a community/network can break free from the grips of an economy-driven society and return to the sovereign nature of humanity through a commerce-driven society.
AwareComm® recognized that a principle-based approach that focuses on the intention of exchange (value-based commerce) will successfully address societal needs and wants as well as systemic community problems (culture), which will then determine financial accountability (ethical economy).

When we focus on COMMERCE first, our focus shifts to the value of the exchange – what are we going to give in exchange for what we are going to get. This fosters a mindset rooted in contribution – the value of our side of the street as it relates to our job, family, church, community, etc.
This collective reverence for the value of exchange creates a CULTURE focused on principles of giving, usefulness, and ethics.
Once we have established a trust-based culture, we can then use both bartering and a monetary system to facilitate an easier flow for the exchange of value.
We will cease to merely be consumers.
A trust-based culture, participating in value-based exchange, is what creates a true stable ECONOMY.
This economy is driven by the CULTURE, not driven or controlled by some outside source.
We now have power-with and the ability to guide our own destiny as a community and as a culture
– sovereignty in action!

After Successfully Completing and Implementing
Phase 1 (Steps 1-6) of the Co-Lab Institute is complete
and there has been a clear demonstration of ability, commitment, and willingness,
the business or non-profit can apply for a leadership role as an Exponential Partner
in the eMod-ular Adaptive Resource (E.A.R.) App.
PHASE 2 – Creating Exponential Partnerships to Penetrate Interdependent Markets
Step 7 – Exponential Partnerships: activate a leadership role as an E.A.R. Exponential Partner to strengthen the industry, gain power, and influence across the Pillars of Commerce, and to optimize exponential growth by penetrating interdependent markets

It is at this stage (Step7) that the Co-Lab™ Institutes provides Visionaries the necessary resources and architecture to publish their insight into intellectual assets that can shift existing markets from their traditional linear path to a path of exponential growth – a new use for existing assets.

Positioning and Timing… not Timing and Positioning
The focus of AwareComm’s substantial field research was not only on the effects of a problem (symptom) but on the causes of a problem (root). In this process, AwareComm® placed great intent on using the tried-and-true analytical strategy of positioning and timing for both the source of the problem and the development of a solution.
Positioning and timing goes far beyond words; it transcends the mathematical definition of cause and effect and enters a dimension of spirituality (creation and manifestation).
- Making a definition of who we are, what we are, and with whom we are going to do it, determines both our broadness and depth (independent of the dimension of time) – this is positioning.
- Determining when to materialize or activate the vision and how the vision fits into the flow of life within the framework of sovereignty – this is timing.
It is the strategy of positioning and timing that determines if a venture will be of linear progress or exponential progress. Moreover, it governs how that growth is obtained as well as its degree of sustainability.
Many times, Visionaries start with a vision but often lack the skills (or guidance) in:
how and where to position themselves AND how to see and optimize the right time.
Most visionaries have no concept of how and where to enter the flow of commerce
nor how to optimize their positioning in that flow.
Because Visionaries assume magical market acceptance, they often do not develop the resources necessary (i.e., partnerships) to optimize the opportunity when the right time presents itself… therefore unable to initiate an EXPONENTIAL GROWTH cycle.

EXPONENTIAL GROWTH:
Driven by AdR™ – it is not in the interest of the people, but in the interest of those who are driving the exponential growth for their own power, profit, and control
